After having an office job for many years then starting to work at home full time I soon realised that my fitness has took a major hit. One day when camping I started playing football with the kids and a few dads.

After running around for only a few minutes I had to lie down and could hardly breath. This made me not only think about getting fitter but actually made me join a local gym. Initially I joined to get fit but soon found myself taking the easy option and hitting the weights rather than the cardio equipment. Then after losing a small amount of weight I slowly built up my fitness using the rowing machine and running slowly on the treadmill.

This section shows all the things we do to keep fit. From the traditional gym equipment to more aggressive kettle bells.
