This post will be constantly updated with my measurements normally on a weekly basis. At the start I was 214 pounds or 15 stone 4 pounds. At that stage I consider myself to be quite fit. I can run 6 mile trails up hills do 1 to 2 hours workouts at the gym and generally feel fit. I have got to this weight mainly through exercise however I realise that in order to make further gains that more of a lifestyle change is needed and that diet control as well as a more varied workout routine is needed.
